Ways of payment

Payment for services at the Hotel is carried out in rubles of the Russian Federation. Payment for services is made according to the Price List valid on the date confirmation of booking or the date of provision of additional services:

  • Cash;
  • Bank cards (MIR, VISA, MASTERCARD);
  • By bank transfer by bank transfer, by invoice issued a representative of the Hotel;
  • For remote payment using Internet acquiring.

In case of remote payment, payment will be made through ALFA-BANK JSC

using bank cards of the following payment systems:

  • MIR;
  • VISA;
  • MasterCard;

The service of payment via the Internet is carried out in accordance with the Rules international payment systems Visa, MasterCard and Payment system "Mir" on principles of confidentiality and security of payment, for which uses the most modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission through closed communication channels. Bank card data is entered at secure payment page of ALFA-BANK JSC.

On the page for entering bank card data, you will need to enter bank card details card: card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, three-digit code security (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All the data you need printed on the card itself. The three-digit security code is three digits, located on the back of the card.

Next, you will be redirected to the page of your bank to enter the 3DSecure code, which will come to you via SMS. If the 3DSecure code did not come to you, then you should contact to the bank that issued your card.

Cases of refusal to make a payment:

  • the bank card is not intended for making payments via the Internet, about which you can find out by contacting your Bank;

  • bank card details were entered incorrectly;
  • the bank card has expired. The validity period of the card is usually indicated on the face of the card (this is the month and year until which the card is valid). You can find out more about the validity period of the card by contacting the bank, who issued the bank card;

The personal information you provide (name, address, phone, e-mail, number bank card) is confidential and not subject to disclosure. Data your credit cards are transmitted only in encrypted form and are not stored on our web server.

A refund

When paying by cards, cash refunds are not allowed.

To return funds to a bank card, you must fill in the "Application for refund ", which is sent at the request of the company to email address and send it along with the attachment of a copy of the passport to the address reservation@rosakhutor.com

Refunds will be made to the bank card within 21 (twenty one) business days from the date of receipt of the "Application for the return of money funds "by the Company.

The refund amount is determined by the conditions on which the booking was made. Term consideration of the Application and the return of funds begins to be calculated from the moment receipt of the Application by the Company and is calculated in working days excluding holidays / weekends.
